Is Stockly for retail stores or restaurants?
Stockly supports retail product catalogs and restaurant menu catalogs, with categories, groups, quick buttons, and product images. Tell us how your business works so we can help you set it up.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and registers. Authorized staff can switch between their assigned stores and choose a branch for checkout.
Can the owner manage staff access?
Store owners can create and manage their staff, assign branches and registers, set discount limits, and configure dashboard and POS permissions by role.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Stockly provides English and Arabic interfaces, right-to-left layouts, Arabic product names, and receipt language settings.
What happens if my internet connection drops?
The POS supports offline sales and synchronization after reconnection. Some features, such as live balance checks and server reports, need a connection.
